About concert4palestine.org

This site is a project of “Gazzella”, an Italian NGO that helps rehabilitate at least some of the estimated 10,000 children wounded in Israeli ground and air attacks on Palestinian cities and villages. “Gazzella” is named for Ghazalah Jaradat [at left], who was shot in the head by an Israeli soldier while returning from school near Hebron in November 2000. She was saved by an emergency operation and now, aged 17, has made a full recovery. The Gazzella website is in Italian, but has a list in English that includes some of the wounded kids it has adopted.
